Return Policy

We accept returns for exchange only if you have received a defective or incorrect item.

To be eligible for exchange:

  • The item must be unwashed and unworn
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all tags, documents, wrapping, and packaging.

All exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Please note that items purchased during promotions or marked-down sales are not eligible for size/color exchange or refund, unless due to our error.


How to Return?

Step 2: Once you fill out the form, our team will contact you by email within 1-3 working days.Β Upon receiving your return store credit or exchange will be processed. Please allow us 14 working days to process your return after we receive the items.

*Please do not return the goods before communicating with our customer service team. We will be not responsible if your parcel is lost or damaged.

Step 3: Upon receiving your return store credit or exchange will be processed.

We recommend if you do return an item to us, do so by recorded delivery. We do not accept responsibility for lost returns.

Please wrap items appropriately for transit to avoid damage to products or boxes. Please do not stick labels or tape directly to the products' packaging as if tampered with in any way, we can no longer accept the return.

AdmiralΒ online store is only able to process returns for items purchased from this website. For any in-store purchases, we are unable to provide returns or refunds. Any items bought in a particular store need to be returned directly to that store.

Refund Policy

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving your order.

The item must be returned to us for inspection. Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and verified.

Please allow 7 – 16 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.
