These charges are determined by local customs authorities and may vary based on the order value, shipment weight, and applicable tax laws. Where applicable, these charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be provided in your delivery confirmation email. You may also log into your account to view tracking details.

Please allow a few hours for tracking updates to appear, as information may not be immediately available after dispatch.

4. How will my order be delivered?

Our courier partners will contact you via call or text message prior to or during delivery.

Each order will be attempted 2-3 times to ensure successful delivery. To avoid delays, please keep an eye out for any communication from the courier.

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the parcel may be returned to our warehouse and re-delivery arrangements and costs may be required.

5. What should I do if my order has not arrived?

If there has been no delivery update of your order after 7 days, please contact us for further assistance.

6. Can I change my delivery information?

Yes, you can, as long as the order is not shipped, we can update your delivery information. Please reach out to us via chat or email as soon as possible and we would be happy to assist. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
