2. Customs & Import Duties

Shipping fees paid during checkout do not include customs and import duties.

Your parcel may be subject to customs inspection, and any duties or taxes imposed and charges will be determined by your local customs office.

If applicable, you will be responsible for paying these fees before delivery can be completed.

If delivery is refused and is returned to us, your order will be refunded less the original shipping fees.


3. How can I track my order?

Your tracking number will be provided in your delivery confirmation email. You may also log into your account to view tracking details.

Please allow a few hours for tracking updates to appear, as information may not be immediately available after dispatch.


4. How do I receive my order/parcel if I am not home?

All parcels will require a signature upon delivery. If you are not home to receive your parcel, a notification card will be dropped in your mailbox or attached at your door for instruction on how to retrieve your parcel.


5. What should I do if my order has not arrived?

If there has been no delivery update of your order after 7 days, please contact us for further assistance.


6. Can I change my delivery information?

Yes, you can, as long as the order is not shipped, we can update your delivery information. Please reach out to us via chat or email as soon as possible and we would be happy to assist. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel.


7. Can I cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
